Fitness and Food *Thoughts*

I am going to start off with saying sorry.. I haven't posted in a while, because I have been up to my eyes with work! I have never been so stressed in my life and it's only going to get worse. So I am really sorry if I don't post that much at the moment!
Anyways lets get on with the post..
I am a usual teenage girl, who just wants to have a nice curvy toned body! And in 2013 summer I started my process of that, with going to the gym at least 2-3 times a week and working on my diet. I was injured for nearly a year, from the beginning of the school year in September last year (2012) to the beginning of 2013 Summer. Since my injury I have lost so much weight from the amount of exercise I have done and cutting down on fatty food!
There is no answer to a great body.. Thousands of people a year try to look up on the internet "How to get the perfect body" and they don't know where to start. It's a long process and you have to be really dedicated! You can't expect it to happen over night! If you see someone that is trying to advertise something that says this is how you get for example, perfect abs in 2 weeks.. It's more likely they are trying to sell you something, but not all of it is stupid.

Doing a certain exercise routine everyday is really good to keep your self toned and fit! You can find a lot of them on Youtube and Pinterest!

A couple of weeks ago I decided to become a vegetarian! I am glad I have turned, for a lot of reasons which would take ages for me to explain.

Some nice Vegetarian food! :)
