Diet and Fitness - 2013

This summer I have taken my diet and fitness very seriously! I have cut down on a lot of things and have been going to the gym a lot!! Because I had a ankle/foot injury for a year, I had to do something this summer, so that when I go back to school I would be fit enough to get back into my busy sport routine. From not eating so much of these three things, I feel much healthier and energetic! I have lost quite a lot of weight because of this, and this is good for my modelling (as I have to be quite slim)..

Here are some of the things that I have tried to give up:

Also usually I have a daily routine of exercisers that I do in my bedroom everyday! Look at my Health & Fitness Pinterest Board!
There's some really good exercise routines on there that can really get you motivated!
